Daniel (M.S./Ph.D. Stanford University) has spent over 10 years at the intersection of fluid mechanics and medical imaging. Prior to founding Borup Solutions, he held positions as a Senior R&D Engineer for Philips Healthcare and a Research Fellow and Assistant Professor of Radiology at Mayo Clinic. His doctoral thesis presented a novel method to measure the concentration of solid microparticles in a turbulent flow using MRI. As founder of Borup Solutions, his goal is to facilitate the widespread use of medical imaging systems for flow problems in industry, academic, and government R&D across application areas.
Borup Solutions collaborates with researchers and engineers in academia, government research, and industry. We are always looking to work with new partners to solve problems and advance the role of MRI in thermofluids R&D!
